Microsoft may have officially ended retail sales of Windows XP, but some Dell and HP customers can still buy new machines loaded with Microsoft’s venerable OS. Xbox 360 sales double in Japan

Microsoft pulled the plug on the Windows XP operating system this week to make room for the newer Windows Vista system.
